Thank you Duane for fixing my computer! It's always a little nerve wracking when your computer just stops working. Duane charged a simple flat hourly rate and helped to access my hard drive, save all
of my files and reboot my whole system. During the down time, he even fixed a friend's laptop. (No extra charge with the flat hourly rate!) Then he allowed me to reload all of my files in my own
time, instead of holding him up (and paying for more hours) to do it.
